How quickly will we hear back?

Every inquiry is read by the founder. We reply within 24 hours on working days, usually with a few questions and a time for a short call, or a meeting in Lusail or at your office in Doha.

What should the brief include?

Tell us about the brand, the goal, the timing and where the work will live: social media, print, a website or an event. A rough budget range helps us suggest the right scale. No brief yet? That is fine, we can build it together in the first call.

How is a project priced?

We send one clear, all inclusive price per project, covering creative direction, production, editing and delivery. There are no hidden extras, and the proposal shows exactly what you receive and when.

Do you work outside Doha?

Yes. We are a creative agency in Qatar working across Doha, Lusail, Al Wakra and the rest of the country, and we travel for projects in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider GCC. Remote creative direction is also possible for international brands.

Which brands do you usually work with?

Restaurants, hotels and beach clubs, fashion and jewellery labels, interior designers, real estate developers and cultural institutions. Most of our clients care about craft and want their brand to feel premium, warm and memorable.

Can we see similar work first?

Of course. Our work page shows recent campaigns, brand films and photography, and the services page explains each discipline. Share your industry and we will send a short selection of the most relevant projects with your proposal.

How far ahead should we book?

For photography and films, two to three weeks is usually enough. Branding and websites need a little more, often four to ten weeks from the first call. For launches around Ramadan, National Day or the winter season, booking a month ahead is wise.

Can you handle the full production?

Yes. We manage casting, models, stylists, hair and make up, locations, permits and props, so your team only needs to approve. Bigger shoots get a full crew; smaller ones a compact team that keeps costs sensible.

Do you work with agencies and under NDA?

Yes. Many projects stay confidential until launch, and we are used to working under NDA. We also partner with advertising, PR and events agencies in Qatar as their creative and production team.

What happens after we say yes?

We confirm the scope, share a short schedule and start with discovery: references, a moodboard and the creative direction. Shoots, design and edits then follow the plan, with your approval at each key step.
